A DOP GEM
In 2007 Santangiolina purchased the Cereta di Volta Mantovana dairy for the production of Grana Padano. Located at the base of the spectacular Colline Moreniche del Garda hills, the plant has been in operation since the early 1900s and produces Grana Padano DOP exclusively, while maintaining its artisanal size and philosophy. It processes 80,000 kg of milk every day, with annual production capacity of 40,000 wheels. Stamped with registration number MN 449 our Grana Padano is one of the most reputable and up-and-coming products in Italy’s farm-to-food supply chain.
